Paying
How does Jarabay keep my money safe?
When you pay online, Jarabay holds the money. The seller is paid only after you confirm you received your order, or after the waiting days if you do not report a problem.
Which payment methods can I use?
Card, bank transfer and USSD through Paystack or Flutterwave. You can also pay on delivery when the seller allows it.
Orders and delivery
How do I track my order?
Open My orders. You will see each step, the rider, and a chat with the seller and rider.
What is the delivery code?
A 4-digit code on your order page. Give it to the rider or seller only when the goods are in your hands.
Something is wrong with my order. What do I do?
Open the order and tap Report a problem before the money is released. The payment is frozen until Jarabay settles it.
Selling
How do I open a store?
Tap Sell on Jarabay, create your account and add your products. Your free trial starts straight away.
When do I get paid?
When the buyer confirms, or automatically after the waiting days. The money goes to your Jarabay wallet and you withdraw it to your bank.
Riding
How do I become a rider?
Register as a rider, upload your licence and ID, and wait for approval. Then switch Online to get delivery requests near you.
